Office Clerk

We are looking for a fun, friendly Office Clerk aka the “Office Oracle” to join the HB&P team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • You will need to handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as (but not limited to) data entry, issuing and following up customer order quotes/invoicing, organizing and making sure deliveries are on time.
  • Overall you will be providing ad-hoc support for the production and customer service team as and when required which may include answering emails and phone enquiries and helping out with production.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Field of Study: Any discipline
  • No experience necessary however, a helpful team player attitude with willingness to learn is a must!
  • Have an excellent phone and email manner. Have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be a bonus.
  • Demonstrate initiative, is reliable and on time, is highly organized and has good attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Have good general computer skills and be proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, MS Word. Knowledge of design and Adobe Illustrator is advantageous.
  • Have an excellent phone and email manner. Have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be a bonus.
