Customer Service Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Handle customer complaints and requests professionally
  • Attention to detail will be required to capture order information
  • Assign duties for production team according to customer order information
  • May need to step up and get involved in production to gain more experience

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Associate Degree in any disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in relevant position
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be a bonus
  • Must be organized and have a good attention to detail
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of design and Adobe Illustrator is advantageous
  • Marking, digital and social media experience would be advantageous
